I ordered a beard loom from ArtBeads on July 1,2020. I was sent a tracking number for the product when it supposedly shipped. My package was never delivered and when I contacted the Postal Service I was told they never received a package from ArtBeads. I've attempted to contact ArtBeads to straighten it out and discovered that you can no longer call them, their phone gives you a message that you have to do everything online. I first attempted online live chat with them and got no response to that and now their live chat doesn't even work. I've sent an email to them and I'm waiting for a response but have decided that if I have no response from them by next Wednesday ( five days is enough for any business to give you an email response) then I will file a protest with my credit card company in order to get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews on this Site before I ordered and I certainly would not have ordered from them.

Lately very long time of waiting for order to ship, items being out of stock, no response when I send emails. Truly, I don't need the aggrevation. If the owner is having a problem, maybe communicate that to your customers. Otherwise, I'm left to think that I as a customer am not worth your time. And for those reasons, I'll eliminate artbeads.com from my stock of bead suppliers. I wish them the best but because there are plenty of other options, I will choose those.

Never a problem with anything.

I've been buying from Artbeads for eight years and I've been happy with every single order. Great customer service and timely processing. Always great prices but I don't shop unless it's a sale.

Quick shipping to Canada!

I was looking for some beads for Christmas jewelry presents. This site had a great selection and allowed for small amount purchases. I really don't need 100 of one crystal as this is a small craft... so this site worked great. Quality seems to be great however this is my first crystal jewelry project.

I was hesitant as shipping from US can be a pain to Canada but no issues. I ordered Feb 2021and no delays even with customs. Now I just have to find the time to put them together!

Don't Shop with Artbeads

I made my first purchase. The package never came to my address. I contacted them to let them know that I never received what I paid for. They responded with, tracking says it was delivered to my address. They told me (as if I am a child) that I need to contact my neighbors or my post office. What? It was delivered to me! I might as well tossed money out in the street. I am not their customer.

No communication. It's like they've fallen off the earth!

I had to give one star but they don't even deserve that. Placed my order on Feb 11. That same day I was notified my order shipped. Tracked my order a couple of days after and it appears the package hadn't left. On Feb 19 I emailed them to get a status. A day later I get a "ticket" number. Today I called and the phone number just refers you back to the website. I have also tried contacting them on Instagram. Crickets! I have been a loyal customer for years and have NEVER had a problem before. They will no longer be getting my money. The last ditch is to file a claim with my credit card. Unfortunately I really wanted these beads. Their auto send emails will also be Unsubscribed. Very disappointed.

I ordered on December 7th, still have not shipped

I ordered several items on December 7, 2020, it is now December 17, 2020. They still have not shipped my items. After sending THREE emails begging them to ship as I need these items for my Christmas projects, they wrote to me on the 14th of December telling me that my items were shipped. I checked the tracking number which they provided and all that they have done is create a shipping label-they have not taken to the Post Office-no good. Absolutely ridiculous. I told them I get faster shipping from India to US. This will be my last order from them. I have ordered in the past and it was fine, but something going on now and I can't afford this type of delay, I have commissioned projects to get done. It is so important to ship purchased items as soon as possible when someone gives you money for your items-they certainly processed my payment right away, next day to be exact. People count on receiving their purchases in a timely manner. This is inexcusable.

I was a good customer for years...

However, I have had a problem with a lost shipment and I can get absolutely no help at all. They have no telephone number on their site. I have written their customer service department multiple times without hearing anything back. So, I guess I am just out the money? No, not giving up. Other than that, they have been a fairly good supplier although they are many, many times out of products. But if you cna't get any help from 'customer service' they why stay as a customer?

Don't Do Business With THis Company!

Nothing about Artbeads is true. I ordered from them twice and each time the beads I ordered were not what I expected. I did keep a few but needed to return the entire 2nd order and some from the first order. Over 3-4 days I sent 2 emails and neither were responded even after 2-3 weeks. When I went online and followed the directions for a return, the shipping site they say they use does not have them as a customer, then I called the number on their website and it automatically rerouted me to the website. Bottom line they have no Customer Service, no returns, and their merchandise is not what they claim. BEWARE!

Horrible customer customer

I have placed 4 orders with Artbeads recently and have not received what I've ordered in 3 of the 4 orders. When I placed the order, I receive an order confirmation and my account is debited. About a week later I receive an email that an item on my order is out of stock and my account will be credited. This is extremely frustrating as I am unable to reliably commit to completing a project for one of my customers when I can't depend on Artbeads. The last time this happened I sent Artbeads an email instructing them not to ship the order if they couldn't ship everything I ordered. I never received a response but was shipped the partial order anyway. I've left subsequent emails concerning the order and still no response. I finally found a phone number for their ‘customer service' department (a poor excuse for customer service). No one answered so I left a message which has not been returned.
I've had problems with Artbeads throughout the years but rather than addressing problems they tend to ignore them and things are just getting worse. It is a poorly run business with little regard for trying to keep customers. I do business with several other vendors and do not have these sorts of issues. I plan to take my business elsewhere. There are many reliable vendors that appreciate their customers. Unfortunately, Artbeads is not one of them.

It's been 21 days and I still have not received my order

I placed an order on Oct. 1,2020. They sent the wrong color beads. I tried to call, but the phone was disconnected and you could only contact them via email, which took 2 days for them to read and respond. They were very friendly and said they would ship the correct color beads. Today is October 21,2020 and I still do not have the beads. I am so disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Artbeads.com but will not do business with them anymore.

No customer service whatsoever..It doesn't exist.

In my last order ( November 2019), I redeemed rewards for a small spool of non tarnish silver wire. Instead of being free I was charged $2500.00! Two thousand five hundred dollars!!!!! No one answers the phone....or emails...or online chat messages....I had to resolve all of this with Paypal and my credit card. Something fishy is going on with this company. I will never order from them again, and my November order was maybe my fourth?

Super disappointed after once loving them

Wrong product in a bag with a photo of the item I ordered. Delivery is taking FOREVER. Even when I pay for expedited delivery, it takes longer than expected. I'm so disappointed and now my supplies won't be here in time for a show for which I need to finish some product. I've called two numbers, only one let me leave a message. I have emailed several times, used Chat, filled out the online contact form, and no one has responded in 2 weeks. I STILL don't have the order I placed BEFORE this one. I hope they are safe, and well, but this is getting strange. How do I get my money back!
